Jon Ford was born in Enid, Oklahoma on October 30, 1943. Mr. Ford is married and their son is currently at Oklahoma State University majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Mr. Ford received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 1966. He completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of Oklahoma in 1969.
