I have been practicing law in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 2006. Over the years, my practice has evolved to focus on Collaborative Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and services for nontraditional families, including the LGBTQA community. I often find myself assisting clients in other areas of law as needed, and am always happy to refer clients to attorneys I trust when I am unable to help them myself. In every case, I work closely with my clients to come up with creative solutions to address their specific needs.

I strongly believe that divorce is an inherently traumatic event, and that failure to recognize the emotional and psychological impact of divorce and separation on the family can result in long-term harm. A divorce process that pretends that divorce is entirely a legal and financial transaction ignores a large portion of what the client is experiencing, and a system that pits good, stable parents against each other in an adversarial system is structured to fail children. Collaborative Family Law is an alternative process choice that is an investment in the long-term health of a family unit.
