I have been in private practice for over 40 years and have always had a broad general practice, which I prefer due to my ability to shift gears, when appropriate, to work with individuals, couples, families, or groups. It also fits my varied interests professionally in many diverse aspects of practice and treatment.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to overcome issues of depression, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, and relationship problems. I assist couples in recovering from issues of affairs, addictions, transitions, and ineffective patterns of relating. Recovery from issues of childhood sexual abuse for children and adults is a specific focus.

In this age of specialization and niches it is probably unusual to have such a broad practice experience. I do believe that this exprience has deveoped my skills in working with very diverse clients and assisting their success in learning to hopefully thrive in a very complicated world.
