Michelle founded Paragon Divorce Solutions, LLC in 2016 after going through her own arduous divorce. Her journey began by owning and co-owning multiple businesses over the past 20 years. This business ownership experience led others to seek Michelle's expertise for their companies, where she aided owners experiencing embezzlement, gross mismanagement by trusted employees, tax issues, etc. She's worked closely with many businesses since 1998 to better financial practices and increase their bottom line. After being significantly involved with many different companies, several owners later consulted with Michelle to gather financial information for their divorce preparations. Her clients experienced success with not only their businesses but also with their divorces. Hence, Paragon Divorce Solutions evolved.

In 2016 post-divorce, Michelle continued consulting and began working to gain her designation as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, CDFA®. After completing her CDFA®, she completed her Collaborative Law training in Florida, which allows her to serve as a Financial Neutral in Collaborative Divorce. In 2019 Michelle also obtained a Mediation Certification specializing in Family Law. She’s currently working toward becoming a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics, MAFF® to enhance her credentials. Her business experience and credentials are allowing her to work with divorce clients and their attorneys in Arizona, Florida, California, and Oklahoma.

Michelle belongs to multiple organizations surrounding family law. These include the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the American Bar Association.

In her free time, she loves boating with her husband and friends, walking her dogs, hiking, and spending time with her two adult sons.
